1. About These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital tools, and services operated by VOLT Co., Ltd. (registered in the ประเทศไทย, with its registered office at No. 5/1, Rittirat Building, 2nd Floor, Unit 6201, Rittirat Building, 2nd Floor, Unit 6201, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamak Subdistrict, Bang Kapi District, Bangkok 10240) (“VOLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

These Terms and Conditions apply to requests for quotes product purchases, installation agreements, financial agreements, lease agreements, and power purchase agreements (PPAs) made through or in connection with our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

"Website" means any web content operated by VOLT, including our domains in the ประเทศไทย and any other URLs that may follow
"Services" as used herein refers to the design, procurement, installation, testing, maintenance, leasing, and energy financing services provided by VOLT
"Products" means solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and all related hardware sold by VOLT
"Quotation" means a non-binding written or digital price estimate prepared by VOLT for Products and/or Services
"Agreement" means a binding purchase order, installation contract, lease agreement, financing agreement, or power purchase agreement (PPA) entered into between you and VOLT
"Customer," "you," or "your" means any individual or legal entity that accesses the website or enters into an Agreement with VOLT
"PPA" means a power purchase agreement under which VOLT retains ownership of the solar power system and sells the electricity generated to the customer at an agreed-upon rate

3. Website Usage

This addendum applies to users in the ประเทศไทย. It supplements the main นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว set forth above and is governed by Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA).

3.1 Authorized Use

You may use the website for lawful purposes related to evaluating, requesting, or managing VOLT’s products and services. You agree not to use the website in any manner that violates applicable laws sending unsolicited messages, attempting to access any system or data without authorization, or copying, reproducing, or distributing the website’s content without VOLT’s prior written consent

3.2 Tools and Calculators

Our website may include interactive tools, such as energy savings calculators, quote request forms, and system sizing tools. The results provided are only estimates and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee regarding energy savings, energy production, or financial performance

3.3 Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice

4. Quotations

All quotations issued by VOLT are merely estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. Quotations are subject to change based on site assessments, equipment availability, exchange rates, and relevant legal requirements Unless otherwise specified, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing is subject to an on-site or virtual site assessment

5. Terms of Payment

5.1 Order Confirmation

A binding agreement shall only come into effect once VOLT has accepted your purchase order in writing and the first installment payment has been received as specified below

5.2 Cash Purchase — Residential

The first installment must be paid upon signing the sales contract, as specified in your contract
Balance — Pay no later than three (3) days after installation is completed

Interest on late payments: 0.03% per day on the outstanding balance

5.3 Cash Purchase — For Businesses

10% of the total contract value — Payable upon signing the contract
30% — Payable upon delivery of the equipment to the installation site
30% — Payable upon completion of installation
30% — Payable upon delivery of the work and official commencement of use

No interest will be charged on outstanding trade balances unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payment structure and specific percentages are subject to individual negotiation and may be adjusted based on project details and mutual agreement

5.3 Lease-to-Own / Installment Purchase

A down payment of between 10% and 30% is required (depending on credit assessment and the details of the lease agreement or operating costs) at the start of the contract, with the remainder to be paid in monthly lease or service payments as specified throughout the agreed-upon term. All lease/operating expense terms, including the lease term, price adjustments, early termination fees, and options at the end of the contract, will be specified in the signed agreement
